1,愛潔樂電解超聲波系統是由超聲波發生系統,電解電路系統,循環過濾系統,控制系統,專用的金型清洗液和水性防銹劑組成。Electroanalysis ultrasonic system concludes ultrasonic occurrence system, electroanalysis circuit system, cycle filtration system, control system, special cleaning liquid and waterborne anti – rust.
1,愛潔樂電解洗凈系統是向金屬表面發射氣體,用桑拿的效果除去金屬表面的臟物,不純物,還可以完全除去模具上的銹斑,積炭,瓦斯氣體,樹脂成分,濕氣,油污,通過超聲波的震動污垢剝離漂浮起來,金屬模具防在陰極,即使相當小的角落里的污垢也能完全去除。Electroanaly is cleaning system: remove the dirt of the surface with the sauna effectiveness by spraying the gas towards the metal surface, it also can completely remove the rust spots, carbon deposit gas, resins, humidity and oil stains on the surface of the mould. 1,金型洗凈6-15分鐘_____Cleaning for 6-15 minutes
2流水洗凈3分鐘_________Cleaning for 3 minutes with running water
3防銹工程3分鐘。Antirust engineering for 3 minutes

電解超聲波是由電解超聲波清洗槽,噴淋清洗槽,超聲波系統,電解電路系統,電極,托盤,過濾循環系統,定時裝置,面板電器開關裝置組成。

1,愛潔樂電解清洗是利用電解作用將金屬表面的污垢去除的清洗方法;電解是在電流作用下,物質發生化學分解的過程.在電解過程中,金屬表面的污垢開始脫落,在超聲波的沖擊下加速了剝離,在金屬表面沾有動植物油,礦物油,銹跡,銹斑,積炭,氧化層.用電解的方法把這些污垢去除叫電解脫脂。Electroanalysis cleaning is a method by electroanalysis function to remove the dirt from metal surface; electroanalysis is a process which the matter with chemical decomposition.
